Located on 17 acres of land just west of downtown Spokane, this $95,000,000 dollar project includes a master plan for 400 condominium units, 9 residential condo buildings, 12 cottage homes, landscaped courtyards, a recreational clubhouse and underground parking. Due to the complexity of site constraints, the project went through a rezoning process for a height variance to minimize the footprint on the site, and work with the wetland locations and bordering environmental setbacks. This project consists of approximately 570,000 square feet of buildings and 280,000 square feet of parking garages.

The complex features 55 units ranging from 880-3,600 square feet, a parking garage, racquetball court, and full health and exercise facilities. This development also takes measures to improve the neighboring public stairway to better facilitate a safe walkway for the lower
neighboring residents to the upper city fabric.
