Holiday Inn Express
Spokane, WA
 

The Holiday Inn Express on the Rock is an existing 109-unit hotel. Built on a 50’ tall rock outcropping, the project is one of the most visible buildings in the Spokane Core. The project included re-skinning the existing facilities, tripling the size of the front lobby and dining  areas, and providing new outdoor community patios overlooking downtown. This project entailed a complex investigation of existing facilities, developing as-built documentation, coordinating with multiple consultants and creating a design concept reflecting old world architecture while working with fixed window and door locations, building massing, and a constraining site plan.

RL Hotel at the Park

Spokane, WA

This existing 12,000 square foot hotel went through a major re-branding and $5.3 Million renovation.  The project included full new lobby renovation, new bar/lounge, and new coffee bar.  The hotel's 400 guest rooms were renovated with new finishes and furnishings including all the public corridors. Two new luxury hospitality guest suites were created.  The exterior of the building received new finishes, new lighting along with a new large steel fireplace on the patio.

RL Hotel Olympia

Olympia, WA

This existing 10,000 square foot hotel went through a major re-branding and a $2.4 Million renovation.  The project included full new renovations of the lobby, new bar/lounge, and new lobby coffee bar.  The hotel's 193 guest rooms were renovated with new finishes and furnishings including all the public corridors. Plans for a new restaurant/bar exterior deck were developed for a future renovation phase. 

RL Hotel Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City, UT

This existing 17,000 square foot hotel went through a major re-branding and $4.1 Million renovation.  The project included full new renovations in the lobby, coffee bar/ diner, business center/ game room and bar/lounge.  The hotel's  394 guest rooms were renovated with new finishes and furnishings including all the public corridors.  The existing 13th floor lounge was fully renovated into new multiple large meeting/conference rooms with a panoramic view of the city.
