A proposed 37+ unit high rise luxury condominium tower at the West end of downtown Spokane overlooking the Spokane River Canyon and Peaceful Valley. This project is still in the design development stage. The current design has units ranging from 850 sq.ft. to 2,800 sq.ft. and includes a parking garage on the lower levels. The tower is located within walking distance to downtown activities and has easy access to the freeway.
