These drawings were created for presentation at public hearings and design review meetings in order to attain a zoning variance for the project. The drawings were instrumental in illustrating the intent and quality of the project and helped reassure the public and city officials that the project would retain a neighborhood residential scale and feel. The first image is a computer generated 3D image using AutoCAD and 3D Viz. The next images are AutoCAD drawings rendered in color using Photoshop.
