A proposed 27 unit 4 story luxury Condominium and Mixed-Use building across the street from historic Manito Park on Spokane's South Hill. The current design has units ranging from 900 sq.ft. to 1800 sq.ft. and includes a parking garage on the lower levels. The building also contains 1500 Sq. Ft. of medical office or retail space at the street level. This project is still in the schematic design stage.
