This was a remodel project of an existing 2 story home in South Spokane. The remodel added 1100 S.F. to the residence, including a new kitchen, breakast nook, master suite and laundry area. A new wrap around deck on the west side of the house allows for magnificent views overlooking the nearby golf course and also includes a builtin bar-b-que and outdoor fireplace.
