These are early renderings created for schematic design purposes for a project within our own office. The first image is a 3D rendering created with AutoCAD and 3D Viz. The second image is a hand rendered drawing using AutoCad and then rendered with markers and pencil.
These illustrations can be very helpful in both the schematic design and design development phases of a project in order to better visualize the appearance and construction of a building. By applying realistic materials and lighting the client is enabled to foresee the end product.
