A 5 story office building completed in April, 2004, provides 56,000 sq. ft. of office space at the gateway to downtown Spokane. The design incorporates traditional architectural elements found in other downtown Spokane landmarks into a exciting and modern mid-rise structure. This new "legacy" building features intricate brick detailing, large Chicago-style windows, custom wrought iron railings, rich pavement patterns, cherry paneled interiors, and state of the art HVAC, power, and communications systems.
